One of the best ways to become a better HR leader is to develop oneself! One of the best ways to improve teacher effectiveness is to provide high quality professional development. Bells and whistles are often unnecessary. Sometimes a community read is a tremendously influential endeavor – not to mention a somewhat cheap undertaking. Teachers generally love books and purchasing them for faculty and staff is a kind gesture. The Fred Factor is simply a book about having a positive attitude and making the most of any job. It was well received by my staff after our building leader selected it. Quite inspiring!
